Ever notice how when Dubya is backed into a corner, as he is right now, he starts hissing and whining? In the clip from the press conference I just heard wherein he is once again making a case for making the tax cuts to the richest people in the country and go drilling in ANWAR as a way of helping the economy and lowering gas prices, his voice gets higher and higher and more and more whiny. C'est lamentable.
