After slogging it out in the city where it was 93 degrees, staying in the rectory in the one AC room to work, I headed for the hills, gaining 1000 feet in elevation and... best of all, going to Woodward Reservoir for a swim. Lots of kayakers out and one other swimmer.
It helped lower the core temperature some for a while. And it was good to be back in the water.
