In regards to the deposition of J-D Schofield and William Cox, ENS quotes the PB as saying:
"Abandoning the Communion of this Church does not mean we abandon a person as a member of the Body of Christ."
May the bishops act accordingly with our brother Gene and not forget him this summer. The ABC might say that Gene has no right to be at Lambeth but Gene's words of the shepherd going out of his way to kick him out of the flock instead of leaving the 99 behind to look for the one are beyond poignant.

Caminante, you are exactly right. I thought Bishop Robinson was selfless and Christlike in his response to the situation, though.
