Laaate Monday night

I will squeeze this post in under the wire so it counts for today.

Here's an update and a photo of Naomi (who has 'graduated' from radiation):

She had surgery today to drain her cyst and it is now packed. She is again way behind on her chemo because her counts are so low so she is stuck in the hospital, what she calls the 'big house.' I guess she'll be in there for the rest of the week.

This journey has had so many twists and turns. It is discouraging. But we cannot lose hope and she counts on all your prayers.

Oh, dear.

Been there, done that, but the "glow in the dark" treatments are no fun. And while it seems a relief not to have chemo because of low blood counts, it pushes back the end date. I pray for Naomi. Lord, give her your strength. Send her angels of comfort and and solace.

So sorry to hear you also have been one of the radio club members. It is scary for Naomi to have each chemo date pushed back because it just means that the beast has more time to do its neafarious journeying within her.
